SERVING OPPORTUNITIES
At St Johns, we believe that a healthy community is an active community. It is important that we connect to our community and meet the needs of the communities that we are part of. We are in the business of building faith and empowering individuals through practicing God’s work. Interested in getting involved, doing good, and spreading the teachings of Jesus Christ? Take a look at the many opportunities to volunteer. Here are just a few places in which we serve and make a difference.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEAL FOR EVERYONE (COME)
Imagine not knowing when you will have your next meal? Or having to eat every meal alone? These are just a couple of reasons why St. John’s began serving COME back in August of 2006. The purpose of the meal is to serve nutritious, hot meals to anyone who chooses to attend. The meals are intended to feed bodies with good food and souls with hospitality and community. The meal is served on the 4th Tuesday of each month and is provided free to all who come. Volunteers are needed monthly to help prepare and serve as well as clean up.
